5 TIPS for how to create a unique wedding experience: 

Ok so you’re ready to plan your wedding, and you love all the traditional advice you’ve been getting (thanks mom, thanks auntie we absolutely appreciate it trust me), but in the grand scheme of things, you really don’t want to do things the way they’ve always been done. Listen, you don’t have to! I promise you, guests (and parents) are in love with the experience we provide every single time. 

Where do you start? If you’d like to experience a stress-free, fun & light wedding planning journey, the first step is to contact us so we can get started.  We provide a Full Service Custom Wedding Planning & Design experience, from colors to style, floral design and timelines, to layout and execution. That includes Venue sourcing (I’ve gotten that question a few times, no it is not extra, it's actually one of our favorite parts)

Venue: Choose a unique venue that speaks to you both and your personality as a couple ! (As we specialize in unique venues, we have a pretty extensive list already)

Be sure to have a set “vibe” in mind and work your way up from there (don’t go for rustic decor if you’re an NY Chic kind of gal. That is too much compromise, Don’t. Do. It lol) 

Create the full look/Design first, which will be based off of the “vibe” chosen above.  

Most importantly, trust your Planner/Designer!

Rules to a Successful Beach Wedding

This Wedding was absolutely amazing and taught us SO much! A beach wedding is never as simple as you assume.. that goes for all weddings really. We walked this half mile stretch of beach carrying chairs, rugs, and other decor to get everything from the truck to the ceremony site. We had to make that trip 7 times. And of course, after the ceremony what goes up, must come down lol. Thank God, everything turned out beautifully and I was blessed with an amazing team who made sure of it.

There is so much that goes into making sure everything goes smoothly so that the Bride, Groom & guests experience what will become memories that will last forever.

With THAT said, please read the following tips:

Do not simply hire based on price. You want to ensure you hire someone who truly cares and is passionate about the service they’re providing you with. 

Respect every vendor who took the time to create everlasting memories for you and yours.  

Most importantly, BOOK a Wedding Planner, Designer, Coordinator! There is WAY too much on the backend that needs to be handled in a way that is absolutely stress free for you.

Let’s talk dress change!

First, I’d like to say how much I love a dress change! During a dress change, our Bride typically has her first dress which was the main, traditional wedding dress for the ceremony, photos, etc. She then will change into her second dress during the reception.  One of our brides switched into a gorgeous, golden dress for the remainder of the night! Listen, when you know you’ll be dancing all night, taking time for a dress change is the perfect idea.

Here are a few tips in making this happen smoothly: 

Don’t Stress about time! It’s your day.  

It honestly doesn’t have to take long. Be sure to have someone there to help you out of your 1st dress and shoes, and into the next. 

The above is especially essential if you don’t have Hair/MUA there for touch ups.

Don’t forget a change of shoes as well, your feet will thank you ! 

Again, don’t stress about time or anything else! That’s what we Planners/Day Of Coordinators are there to take care of for you, just focus on enjoying your day 

Compromise - You won't get everything on your list, but with a great planner, you'll get many! Keep in mind though to be ready to compromise more than usual.

Ask for help - If you want your sanity in tact on your wedding day, you will need help!
